This morning, we depart Toronto and cross the border to Pennsylvania via the Empire State – New York. Early in the afternoon, we visit the underground caverns – Penn’s Cave ($). This U.S. natural landmark has been underground for four million years, and awaits your discovery.
This morning, the city tour of the legendary Washington D.C. await upon your discovery. Federal Capital of the United States –Washington District of Columbia, is named after the first American President, George Washington who helped selects the site as the capital in 1790. We make our stops at capital landmarks which including the White House, the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorials. Among the famed National Mall of Washington D.C, the Museum of Natural History at Smithsonian Institution is where you don’t want to miss the prestigious collections like weighted at 45.2 caret of Hope Diamond. It is the largest diamond in the world. Discover the enormous collections and artifacts of early human civilizations and much more. Later, we shop at a popular Outlet mall – Jersey Garden Outlet Mall. Some of most popular stores are Coach、Lacoste, banana republic, Kate Spade, New Balance, and many more. The savings on these brand names will certainly amaze you.
This morning, we are off to the exciting Manhattan. The 5th Avenue, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Wall Street, the Oculus, and the nine-eleven Memorial Park at Manhattan lower town will unfold before you. We ride to the One World Observatory at World Trade Center ($). * May be replaced with the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Tower due to weather condition. Atop of the observation deck, you may experience the
spectacular views of many time honourned landmarks, which includes the Wall Street, Time Square, Empire State Building, Central Park, Hudson River, as well as the panorama views of Manhattan. A visit to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum ($) will give you a dynamic experience of the city. Later, we take the scenic cruise ($) to view the break taking Manhattan skyscrapers, the Liberty Island, and the Statue of Liberty. The Statue of Liberty was originally created as a token of international friendship. It has now become a global symbol of freedom and an exemplar of landmark.
Today, we travel onward to the great Massachusetts, and visit Boston. You will visit the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University and Harvard Yard in the morning. We will also board Boston’s popular Harbour Cruise ($) for some charming views of this picturesque north Atlantic seaside port. You may listen to the informative and interesting interpretation onboard and miles of shorelines.
Dinner at the Quincy Market for you to discover the lively and friendly vendors, and savor the lobster dinner.
We are driving Toronto bound today, and stop at duty free shop before we reach the Canadian Customs. Arriving in Toronto in the evening will conclude our journey.
