    Travel Itinerary

      This morning, we take the McDonald-Cartier Freeway eastbound to the Nation’s Capital, Ottawa-Hull, which is appointed by Queen Victoria in 1860.  The uniqueness of our Nations’ Capital is that it consists of two cities from the province of Ontario and Quebec.  The city tour of Ottawa will include the Parliament Hill, Peace tower, Centennial Flame, and Confederation Square.  

      Next, we arrive at Canada’s second-largest city, Montreal.  We will visit the biggest Montreal Christmas market as the evening begins.  Step into a glittering holiday wonderland as the Great Montreal Christmas Market transforms the city with festive cheer.  Wander through charming wooden chalets where nearly 60 talented local artisans present handcrafted treasures, unique gifts, and gourmet seasonal delights.  

      After checking in downtown Montreal hotel, enjoy an evening stroll along beautifully decorated holiday theme.

      Tonight, feel free to experience the nightlife of Montreal after we check into the hotel.

      Start your morning with breathtaking winter scenery of the Mont-Tremblant mountain, surrounded by towering peaks and pristine snow.  Among them stands one of Eastern Canada’s highest summits, Mont Tremblant, rising to an impressive 3,300 feet.

      You may also enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Pedestrian Village where you may enjoy this peaceful alpine retreat invites you to immerse yourself in nature’s tranquility and the majestic beauty of the mountains.

      In the afternoon, we are back in vibrant Montreal for an exciting holiday shopping experience.   The city is celebrated for its wide selection and savings during this festive shopping season.  Montreal is also home to a new generation of talented French-Canadian designers whose creative styles are rapidly rising in popularity, especially among young trendsetters seeking fresh and unique fashion. 

      Today, we drive along the picturesque Quebec countryside and head to a traditional sugar shack in eastern Quebec, where we will savor a traditional lunch ($) prepared with fresh farm produce and maple syrup.  You will be amazed by the beautiful scenery of the autumn foliage where you may pick up the inspirations of nature loving artists.  (*$6 Sugar shack entrance fee includes Maple taffy snack).

      *Ice Hotel ($, Our visit will depend on the attraction’s operating hours), a magical world carved entirely from ice and snow.  Admire the snow and ice sculptures, explore the ice bar and chapel, down the ice slides, and snap photos in uniquely designed guest rooms.   

      We arrive at Old Quebec City in the afternoon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Experience an un-obstructed view of the Old Quebec City and the St. Lawrence River at the Capital Observatory ($).  Explore this historical city during your free time at a leisurely pace, visiting charming shops, cafes, and centuries-old buildings.

      You will have some free time to explore the historical part of Old Quebec City.  

      We depart Quebec City and travel westbound to admire the beautiful Thousand Islands scenery along the St. Lawerence River.  Later, we make a brief stop at the historic town of Kingston.  A small city rich with history and the prestigious Queen’s University.

      Discover Ontario’s Big Apple, a fun-filled place for visitors of all ages!  Famous for its iconic giant apple structure, and their homemade apple pies, crisp cider, and other local treats.

    • Group transportation by luxury tour bus or other means of transportation for sightseeing.

    • All meals during the trip. All driver, tour guide fees and gratuities are set at US$16 (US tours)/CA$16 (Canadian tours) per person per day.

    • All travel and related insurance (e.g., medical, trip cancellation, baggage, and personal insurance). All expenses of a personal nature, such as phone plans, laundry, TV selection, etc.
    • All expenses incurred after departure from the tour.
    Fee/ Meal Cost
    • Tickets purchased other than from our company (e.g. city pass) cannot be used on our tours.
    • Attraction fees (all taxes included) - based on adult ticket prices, which are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Each guest may either select options that meet the minimum requirements specified in the tables or opt to pay an additional $50 per person.

    Remarks

    • Tour prices are based on the current price at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.
    • The Company reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person who has not paid the tour fee in full prior to the departure date of the tour.
    • The boarding location cannot be changed 3 days prior to the departure date.
    • Passengers who are late for their flight or bus will be deemed to have abandoned the tour. The company will not be responsible for any refund.
    • Guests must provide a valid phone number for the tour guide to contact them when enrolling in the tour. If the phone number provided is incorrect, any additional costs incurred will be covered by the guest.
    • Guests are responsible for all necessary travel documents. For passport holders, passports must be valid for at least six months. If a U.S. visa is required, please apply for it in advance, as Safeway Tours will not be responsible for it. Passport holders who do not require a visa to enter the U.S. must apply for an ESTA entry declaration form prior to departure, except for Canadian passports.
    • Travelers who are not yet Canadian citizens must have a valid Permanent Resident Card (Maple Leaf Card) in order to return to Canada from abroad. Travelers who are unable to return to their place of origin without a permanent resident card, or who incur additional expenses, are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
    • Travelers with proper travel documents who are denied entry into Canada for any reason are not responsible for any refunds or transfers. Any additional costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
    • The order and content of the itinerary may be adjusted according to specific situations, please refer to the arrangements made by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
    • Hotel rooms can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Regardless of whether it is a double, triple, or quadruple room, it is the same room. Double rooms can have one double bed, or two single beds, or two double beds. Therefore, triple or quadruple rooms are also the same room, and will be shared by three or four people, without extra beds.
    • Food and beverages in the mini-bar are not included in the room and must be paid for by the guest.
    • For long distance calls and pay TVs, please ask the concierge or tour guide for rates, instructions and notes before use to avoid unnecessary loss.
    • Smoking is not permitted in North American hotels, offenders will be fined $300-350 and will be held liable.

    Terms & Conditions

    Payments, changes, and Cancellations - Bus Tours: (for Physical Store Booking only)
    • For 1-4 days tours: Please pay a deposit of CA$100 per person at the time of booking, and the balance of the deposit should be paid 14 working days prior to the departure date of the tour, otherwise the booking will be canceled automatically and the deposit is non-refundable.
    • For 5-7 days tours: Please pay a CA$200 deposit per person at the time of booking, and the balance of the deposit should be paid 14 working days prior to the departure date of the tour, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically and the deposit is non-refundable.
    • (1-4 days tour): If the booking is canceled 14 working days or more before the departure date due to unavailability of the tour, a handling fee of CA$100 per person will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded in full. Change of itinerary, dates, or hotel category will be subject to a handling fee of CA$50 per person.
    • (5-7 days tour): If the booking is canceled 14 working days or more before the departure date due to unavailability of the tour, a handling fee of CA$200 per person will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded in full. Change of itinerary, dates, or hotel category will be subject to a handling fee of CA$100 per person.
    Payments, changes, and Cancellations - Bus Tours: (for Online Booking only)
    • Each person must pay the full tour fee when booking online. Confirmation will be sent to the designated e-mail address immediately after the order is successfully approved. If you have any problems with payment, please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of the website.
    • If you need to modify or cancel your purchased tour after confirmation, please bring your tour confirmation to any of our branches immediately. We will handle your request in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy in the "Notes on Reservations" listed in the online booking.
    • You cannot change the departure date, the number of participants or any other options after the confirmation of your booking. Otherwise, we will charge you a handling fee according to the online booking conditions.
    • Please contact us if you need to increase the number of participants or add self-pay options.
    • If a group cancels 14 days or more prior to departure, a handling fee of $100 per person will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded. Change of itinerary, date, or hotel category, a handling fee of $50 per person will be deducted. (To be processed at any of our branches).
    • Cancellation of booking within 14 days prior to departure date will not be refunded.
    • Special or discounted tours: Please pay the full amount at the time of registration. If you cancel your booking within 14 days prior to the tour departure date, please pay the full amount at the time of booking. If you cancel your booking due to unavailability of the tour, no change of itinerary, dates, or hotel category will be allowed and all tour fees are non-refundable.
    Tour with Discount:
    Full payment is required when registering. After registration, no refund will be made when there is cancellation of trips due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Special Notes

    We are fully committed to protect the health and safety of our guests.
    Travel Precautions
    • All passengers are advised to wear a mask throughout the boarding process if they have a fever, cough, or any other symptoms.
    • Each time you get on or off the bus, you are advised to use the disinfectant provided on board to sanitize your hands.
    • To ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle, the vehicle must be cleaned and the interior of the bus will be disinfected thoroughly at the end of each day's journey.
    Emergency Plan
    • If you feel unwell during the tour, such as fever, cough, or any symptoms of pneumonia, the tour guide will ask the guest to leave the tour and seek medical attention or self-exclusion. If you are refused to join the tour for any of the above reasons or are unable to complete the tour, we will waive the change of service fee and provide assistance for the return trip.

    Responsibility Clause

    • In order to adapt to possible changes in transportation schedules, political conditions and other force majeure, and to protect the best interests of travelers, the Company reserves the right to change the schedule. If any of the above situations occurs during the trip, the tour guide shall have full authority to handle the situation.
    • If, in the perspective of the Company, the traveler is interfering with the normal activities and interests of the entire group, the Company's tour leader has the right to disqualify him/her from further participation in the tour at any time and from any place. All actions taken by the traveler after leaving the tour will not be related to the Company.
    • After the departure of the group, if the traveler is not able to join the sightseeing and accommodation on the way due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment, and no refund or compensation will be made, please understand.
    • Regarding safety issues during the trip, airlines and other transportation companies have their own special regulations and are directly responsible for passengers and baggage. In the event of traffic delays, loss of baggage, accidents, etc., the matter will be resolved in accordance with the rules and regulations of the transportation company, not our company. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellation of flights.
    • In case of insufficient number of passengers before departure, the Company reserves the right to make appropriate arrangements or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, all fees paid will be refunded. The Company shall not be responsible for any other compensation, in which case the traveler shall have no excuse to dispute.
    • The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary and hotels before or after the departure of the group. Any changes will be made without prior notice, and the traveler shall have no reason to object.
    • Under special circumstances, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replace any of the tour items before or after departure, as well as the right to shorten or extend the tour, and the traveler shall have no reason to object.
    • By depositing the deposit, the traveler accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour.
