Travel Itinerary
Departing from Toronto in the morning, we pass through the scenic region of Niagara and entering into the United States. Afterwards, we will head to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, a renowned shopping destination located in the suburbs of New York. Shoppers will be delighted with steep discounted prices and spacious shopping environment to a wide range of famous brands such as A&F, Coach, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Moncler, Lacoste, timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, and more.
In the morning we will head to the heart of Manhattan city for various urban sightseeing activities. Admire iconic attractions such as Wall Street, Charging Bull, and much more.We have an exclusive arrangement to visit the One World Trade Centre, a 1776-foot high-rise building in Lower Manhattan, New York (at your own expense). In addition, visit the original site of the 9/11 World Trade Center, which costed $3.8 billion to rebuild. The site features a 30-foot deep square pool with rushing waters accompanied by sunlight and rainbows that reflects off the mist, making it the largest artificial waterfall in North America. Visit the popular photography spot, The Oculus Eye Window, resembling a while phoenix spreading its wings. Enter the American Intrepid Museum (at your own expense) to get a closer look at the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier, Enterprise space shuttle, stealth reconnaissance plane, classic F14 fighter jet, and more. Then, take a ferry ride (at your own expense) to enjoy a panoramic view of downtown New York City and the iconic symbol of American spirit, the Statue of Liberty.
We continue to explore tis world-famous metropolis. Tourists can visit Central Park in the heart of Manhattan, or visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art at your own expense. This is the greatest art museum in the Western Hemisphere and is ranked alongside the British Museum and the Louvre as one of the world’s three major museums. With a total area of 20 hectares and over 3 million collections, it houses a wide range of art treasures from all over the world: from ancient Egyptian artifacts, Greek and Roman antiques, Eastern and southern Asian artworks, African masterpieces, to modern art, paintings, and photography. There are hundreds of exhibition halls with impressive collections. The renowned United Nations Headquarters, the bustling energy of Times Square, the crowded Broadway Street, and the grandeur of Rockefeller Plaza ensures for an excitement-filled day. Finally, explore the world-famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum (at customer’s expense), and stroll along the famous Fifth Avenue and encounter high competition between various flagship stores that aim to capture your attention.
In the morning, we will visit the renowned Glass City – Corning Glass Centre (at tourists own expense). This museum houses collections of glass products dating back more than 3500 years, ranging from glass models from ancient Egyptian pharaohs to artwork from the Renaissance period and to contemporary artists. Inside the museum’s Glass Innovation Center, you can gain knowledge on how inventors utilized their talents to advance the world of art and gain a new understanding of glass production through fiber optic scientific technology. You will also have the opportunity to collect glass artworks from renowned designers around the world and purchase exquisite home goods at The Shops’ discount store. On the way back our group will also visit the duty-free shops at the border, giving tourists the opportunity to purchase tax-free tobacco, alcohol, beauty, and skincare products. In the evening, we will arrive back in Toronto.

- The Company reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person who has not paid the tour fee in full prior to the departure date of the tour.
- The boarding location cannot be changed 3 days prior to the departure date.
- Passengers who are late for their flight or bus will be deemed to have abandoned the tour. The company will not be responsible for any refund.
- Guests must provide a valid phone number for the tour guide to contact them when enrolling in the tour. If the phone number provided is incorrect, any additional costs incurred will be covered by the guest.
- Guests are responsible for all necessary travel documents. For passport holders, passports must be valid for at least six months. If a U.S. visa is required, please apply for it in advance, as Safeway Tours will not be responsible for it. Passport holders who do not require a visa to enter the U.S. must apply for an ESTA entry declaration form prior to departure, except for Canadian passports.
- Travelers who are not yet Canadian citizens must have a valid Permanent Resident Card (Maple Leaf Card) in order to return to Canada from abroad. Travelers who are unable to return to their place of origin without a permanent resident card, or who incur additional expenses, are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
- Travelers with proper travel documents who are denied entry into Canada for any reason are not responsible for any refunds or transfers. Any additional costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
- The order and content of the itinerary may be adjusted according to specific situations, please refer to the arrangements made by the tour guide on the day of the tour.
- Hotel rooms can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Regardless of whether it is a double, triple, or quadruple room, it is the same room. Double rooms can have one double bed, or two single beds, or two double beds. Therefore, triple or quadruple rooms are also the same room, and will be shared by three or four people, without extra beds.
- Food and beverages in the mini-bar are not included in the room and must be paid for by the guest.
- For long distance calls and pay TVs, please ask the concierge or tour guide for rates, instructions and notes before use to avoid unnecessary loss.
- Smoking is not permitted in North American hotels, offenders will be fined $300-350 and will be held liable.
Terms & Conditions
Payments, changes, and Cancellations - Bus Tours: (for Physical Store Booking only)
- For 1-4 days tours: Please pay a deposit of CA$100 per person at the time of booking, and the balance of the deposit should be paid 14 working days prior to the departure date of the tour, otherwise the booking will be canceled automatically and the deposit is non-refundable.
- For 5-7 days tours: Please pay a CA$200 deposit per person at the time of booking, and the balance of the deposit should be paid 14 working days prior to the departure date of the tour, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically and the deposit is non-refundable.
- (1-4 days tour): If the booking is canceled 14 working days or more before the departure date due to unavailability of the tour, a handling fee of CA$100 per person will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded in full. Change of itinerary, dates, or hotel category will be subject to a handling fee of CA$50 per person.
- (5-7 days tour): If the booking is canceled 14 working days or more before the departure date due to unavailability of the tour, a handling fee of CA$200 per person will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded in full. Change of itinerary, dates, or hotel category will be subject to a handling fee of CA$100 per person.
Payments, changes, and Cancellations - Bus Tours: (for Online Booking only)
- Each person must pay the full tour fee when booking online. Confirmation will be sent to the designated e-mail address immediately after the order is successfully approved. If you have any problems with payment, please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of the website.
- If you need to modify or cancel your purchased tour after confirmation, please bring your tour confirmation to any of our branches immediately. We will handle your request in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy in the "Notes on Reservations" listed in the online booking.
- You cannot change the departure date, the number of participants or any other options after the confirmation of your booking. Otherwise, we will charge you a handling fee according to the online booking conditions.
- Please contact us if you need to increase the number of participants or add self-pay options.
- If a group cancels 14 days or more prior to departure, a handling fee of $100 per person will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded. Change of itinerary, date, or hotel category, a handling fee of $50 per person will be deducted. (To be processed at any of our branches).
- Cancellation of booking within 14 days prior to departure date will not be refunded.

If you cancel your booking within 14 days prior to the tour departure date, please pay the full amount at the time of booking. Travel Precautions
- All passengers are advised to wear a mask throughout the boarding process if they have a fever, cough, or any other symptoms.
- Each time you get on or off the bus, you are advised to use the disinfectant provided on board to sanitize your hands.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle, the vehicle must be cleaned and the interior of the bus will be disinfected thoroughly at the end of each day's journey.
Emergency Plan
- If you feel unwell during the tour, such as fever, cough, or any symptoms of pneumonia, the tour guide will ask the guest to leave the tour and seek medical attention or self-exclusion. If you are refused to join the tour for any of the above reasons or are unable to complete the tour, we will waive the change of service fee and provide assistance for the return trip.
Responsibility Clause
- In order to adapt to possible changes in transportation schedules, political conditions and other force majeure, and to protect the best interests of travelers, the Company reserves the right to change the schedule. If any of the above situations occurs during the trip, the tour guide shall have full authority to handle the situation.
- If, in the perspective of the Company, the traveler is interfering with the normal activities and interests of the entire group, the Company's tour leader has the right to disqualify him/her from further participation in the tour at any time and from any place. All actions taken by the traveler after leaving the tour will not be related to the Company.
- After the departure of the group, if the traveler is not able to join the sightseeing and accommodation on the way due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment, and no refund or compensation will be made, please understand.
- Regarding safety issues during the trip, airlines and other transportation companies have their own special regulations and are directly responsible for passengers and baggage. In the event of traffic delays, loss of baggage, accidents, etc., the matter will be resolved in accordance with the rules and regulations of the transportation company, not our company. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellation of flights.
- In case of insufficient number of passengers before departure, the Company reserves the right to make appropriate arrangements or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, all fees paid will be refunded. The Company shall not be responsible for any other compensation, in which case the traveler shall have no excuse to dispute.
- The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary and hotels before or after the departure of the group. Any changes will be made without prior notice, and the traveler shall have no reason to object.
- Under special circumstances, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replace any of the tour items before or after departure, as well as the right to shorten or extend the tour, and the traveler shall have no reason to object.
- By depositing the deposit, the traveler accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour.
